I take this charter service often. This time i was going back home after night shift. Most trips are very pleasant and the other passengers keep to them selves, the conversation is kept to a minimum to ensure fairness for all paying customers. This time there were multiple ppl coughing. One gentleman across the isle was not covering his mouth and coughing everywhere. The girl behind me was kicking my seat. Another lady was whistling and multiple conversation going on where I could not relax and could not nap. Needless to say I could not wait to get off that bus this particular time. Policy should be re instilled every now and then to remind everyone of the rules. Thank you

I enjoyed the trip. The driver was friendly. My only complaints are the floors were not very clean (understandable given the winter), the seats didn't recline (design of the bus) and there were 2 stops before reaching my downtown destination which added 30 or 40 minutes. The value was very good though. Perhaps you can reach downtown first.

Buses could use a clean, seats were all tarnished, front and back. If the seats could recline just a bit more, that would also be awesome. A microphone to announce Stops would also help huge. It was hard to figure out what stop was next, if you are sleeping after a long nightshift at work.

1. Excellent bus service. 2. When I get to Quality Inn Hotel. I haven’t find any signage for us the travellers that we are looking for Rider bus to travel. So kindly put a paper signage or something so at least we can know instantly. 3. However the Quality Inn Hotels Receptionist helped letting us to wait in their sitting area. But because there was no signage of schedule /details I was extra anxiously looking for bus, and going out of the hotel and coming back to hotel to stay warm and what time and what bus will bus show up to stage. Kindly put a paper some kind of signage for the customers to know and stay in peace instead of getting worried about what I mentioned above. 4. The drivers customer service was great. His driving was good Excellent 3 stars.
