We faced a few challenges on our trip to Saskatoon. Firstly, the office of rider express has been move to different location in downtown Edmonton. Secondly, we didn't have access to Wi-Fi on the bus. Nevertheless, we had a great time on the ride.

The driver from Saskatoon to Regina was often distracted on his phone leading to an unsafe and scary driving experience. Often we would swerve out of lane, into the service lane. The other drivers were good, it’s just the driver from Saskatoon to Regina that was the problem

Driver careful and courteous. Glad a drop off in Spruce Grove so a family member did not have to drive into Edmonton. The parking area by the drop off, by Tim Horton's, was extremely busy so the stop was by the side of the road. Not sure if that's the usual spot, but it could be unsafe.

The Driver was excellent. The overhead light at my seat did not work, so any reading was impossible. I was expecting a tray on which to put my computer, but since there was none, my lap had to do. It was very awkward to work since there was not enough space between the seats to open my computer properly.

Impressive that the ride was on time at the destination I chose ..sitting in 11 row on passenger side, I found the seat quite uncomfortable but did feel somewhat better when I reclined the seat.. Stops were short and I didn’t feel I would have time to use the washroom at the stop and make a purchase..so, I chose to stay on the bus .. which worked out ok for me..others did get on and off the bus on time Will tell others about the service as I was pleased I had the opportunity to use it ..I thought the price was reasonable
