The bus arrived at 3:30 instead of the scheduled 2:40. I understand it’s the holiday season, and there are many people getting on and off, but the schedule should account for these delays. While it’s normal for travel times to be longer since this is the last stop, it’s frustrating that my mom had to wait an extra hour to pick me up. Accurate scheduling would help avoid such issues.

No room seats are to close to each other
The bus was full no one would allow me to sit next to them if they're are going to act like that then they should pay for 2 seats
Bus driver was rude
Rider express needs QR codes like the other buses would be more convenient I will not using rider Express that's all

On the ticket for my trip to Calgary on Sunday, Dec. 8, '24, it said that the bus would arrive at 2:50 PM at Marlborough Mall, but the bus actually arrived closer to 3:30.
An email to my email address of this change would have been helpful for my ride pickup.
The bus driver said that we were on time, but that is not what the ticket stated. It would be great if in the future, barring weather/emergencies, if updated arrivals and departures could be sent out.
The ride itself was fine. Thank you!

It was good except for a little time management. A small delay at south gate (The bus left 7 minutes after we were supposed to have left. There was also some delay at the Edmonton airport. Apart from this, the trip was fine.

The driver was very friendly and approachable. There was a trainee driver on the trip I took and he helped me with my luggage which was awesome. I heard the driver and trainee talking about all the details and things to know, it was a respectful conversation that kept the safety and convenience of the passengers at the forefront. The price was excellent, pick up spot is downtown Edmonton so it is a bit challenging because the office is on the second floor but it is a clean, (festive!) well staffed office. There is no sheltered waiting area outside but it is manageable. The roads were bad but the driver drove slow and careful so it felt safe.
