Most of the drivers are very good. I had a female driver from Edmonton to Calgary, she was terrible. Her driving was crazy, very impolite not friendly at all. Didn't help me and I am handicapped. She was more worried about her looks and nails.

Disappointing pickup and dropoff points. You cannot do this on sidewalk for safety considerations. Also people with reduced abilities face risk of falling and have to carry baggages around. Driver dropped off passenger and took off without ensuring passenger picked up all their baggages Bus windshield top half very dirty passengers can hardly see the road signs ahead to know where they are! Driver driving was good.

Even though there was an accident heading out of Edmonton which made the bus run late, he refused to let anyone get out in Red Deer to stretch their legs etc. I understand you have a schedule but I don’t believe 5-10 minutes would have made a difference anyway. I’m sure you were going over the speed limit to maintain your time as well. On my way to Edmonton on Thursday, September 11, the driver was actively on person calls during the trip and that is not ok! It’s distractive driving and you put all your passengers at risk. I only know it was personal calls because I was sitting directly behind the driver.

Please continue to keep Calgary - North stop. The stop is great for folks that live in NW Calgary like University of Calgary and SAIT students or folks that does not have someone to pick them up and can catch a Calgary Transit bus to go home after stepping off the Rider Express bus. At the Crossiron stop, it is not possible to catch a Calgary Transit bus to go home. The alternative stop for NW Calgary folks is the Downtown stop and adds additional 50 minutes to the journey and makes your competitors more enticing.

I am happy enough. I've been traveling with rider express for ~2years back and forth between Edmonton and Calgary at least once a month. It was the bus company of my choice because of your reasonable price and speed. (Most other bus companies have way too many stops, which extends the journey from 3 hours to almost 4). Rider express used to be unique. It was affordable and fast. Now with the new stops added, it is no longer fast and its appeal has lessened. I'll still likely travel with you a couple times. But I'm now more likely to use faster buses by other companies that don't make as many unnecessary stops
