Driver careful and courteous. Glad a drop off in Spruce Grove so a family member did not have to drive into Edmonton. The parking area by the drop off, by Tim Horton's, was extremely busy so the stop was by the side of the road. Not sure if that's the usual spot, but it could be unsafe.

The Driver was excellent. The overhead light at my seat did not work, so any reading was impossible. I was expecting a tray on which to put my computer, but since there was none, my lap had to do. It was very awkward to work since there was not enough space between the seats to open my computer properly.

The trip was good but I didn't appreciate when I asked to take my medicine bag on the bus and the bus driver told me it was to big to take on the bus.There was I don't know how many people on the bus that had backpacks on the bus that was bigger than my bag.When we made the first stop in Edmonton my bag was taken of the bus and put on the sidewalk. It wasn't my stop and my friend picked it up and brought it to me.

My only concern was,when I arrived in the Edmonton to be picked up by friends ,we pulled into Southgate and I had no idea where to go to ask questions. Good, professional driver who worked hard not to waste time at stops. The bus was in good condition and the temperature was comfortable. The price was reasonable. The schedule, however, should be realistic. We still arrived at Southgate almost 30 minutes late even though the driver made stops short to maximize the time. The schedule allowed only 4.5 hours including stops and Google maps says it’s 4 hrs 39 min without stops. My trip the opposite direction was 50 minutes late. Thanks for your service!

Hi there! This past Family Day weekend, I took Rider Express for the first time, for a trip from Edmonton to Grande Prairie on Feb. 14, and then Grande Prairie to Edmonton on Feb. 18. I was generally pleased with both trips and they're a lot cheaper than your main competitor (Red Arrow) for essentially the same level of service. However, the only complaint I would make is that both of my trips did not arrive at their destinations at their scheduled times. On Feb. 14, the scheduled time was to arrive at 11 p.m. (after leaving the downtown station at 6 p.m.) but, thanks to the various stops it makes along the way, it didn't get to GP until 11:45 or 11:50 p.m. With the trip on Feb. 18, the bus left the Burger King parking lot in GP at 9:30 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive at its 105 Street stop in downtown Edmonton at 1:30 p.m., but ended up being about 20 minutes late or so. I should mention that, in neither case, was this a problem for me. I wasn't in any particular rush on Feb. 14 or Feb. 18, so I wasn't bothered too much by how late each bus arrived at its respective destinations. But you probably need to adjust your arrival times on your website and tickets because if your bus continues to make stops at the Southgate LRT terminal in Edmonton, and then Whitecourt, Fox Creek, and Valleyview, you definitely won't make it to or from GP in five hours - not safely, anyway. Just some friendly advice. I definitely plan on using your bus service again. Thanks! Scott

Driver ws great. Was not pleased with changing the schedule but not informing the passengers. Ticket said leaving at 10 am and the office said it was changed to 10:30 am. Not alot of difference but enough to mess with pick up and that is not right

The bus was a little late arriving at Southgate transit station in Edmonton. It was very cold outside! The trip was good and we managed to get in on time. My biggest complaint is that the South Calgary stop from Southland transit station which was not only very convenient to South Calgary residents, but it's a much safer location. The 15th Avenue drop off location is only a short distance out of downtown. It's a sketchy area & I still had to wait & pay for a train to get to Southland station. Please bring back the Southland drop off/ pick up location option. Thank you!
