I think there needs to be a sign that shows RIDER EXPRESS stops here. Plus it would be good to provide more info on WHERE that spot is. I asked 8 people that worked at the airport where Rider Express picks up and no one had heard of you. Otherwise the service was quick, on time and the bus was clean. .

The bus over 45 minutes late and advisory of delay were not done in a timely manner. The travel experience, however, was good, bus was spacious and clean and the driver was courteous.

Best price ever, I could not believe myself that I found ticket for Niagara Falls with 1 dollar, and the services at the bus are very good, its even better than other buses like megabus. Ithas free wifi unlike megabus. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

It's my first time to travel with Rider Express but really it was very nice and comfortable, there's good speed wifi, the space between the chairs are wide, also there is chargers, the driver was friendly, we arrived at the time.

I never see a nice bus driver very responsible and respectful to all passengers
The trip to Niagara Falls was amazing 🤩
I wish the rider express could add more trip on weekends basis 8 am and 1130 am from Toronto.
