Driver was excellent. I asked where to go for pick up and he informed me I have to find my way to the 7-11, this is very disappointing as I was not informed when I booked and now I have an extra cost that I didn’t plan on. Pretty sure a taxi driver will not be happy with a lower fare and I can imagine it will be another $20…..
Will be calling to see if they will be doing a drop off so I can meet at the drop off point and I suggest you let people know in the future so they can plan ahead.

Hi
I would like to take time to say my travelling on rider express July 17th was awesome even though it was the shuttle bus it was great thank you again .I also thanked the driver when I was getting off and told him it was by far the best ride yet ,hope to keep travelling periodically on Rider Express.
