Bus Freight & Parcel Delivery
Send packages across Canada with Rider Express bus freight. Affordable, reliable, and fast parcel delivery using our extensive intercity bus network β same-day delivery on many routes.
What Is Bus Parcel & Freight Service?
Bus freight β also known as bus parcel, bus cargo, or counter-to-counter parcel delivery β is one of the most cost-effective and reliable ways to send packages between cities. Your parcel travels in the secure luggage compartment of our intercity coaches, riding the same scheduled routes our passengers do.
How Bus Freight Works
When you send a parcel by bus, it is placed in the secure luggage bay beneath the passenger cabin. The parcel travels directly from your chosen origin station to the destination station on a scheduled trip. The recipient picks it up at the destination station upon arrival β simple, secure, and trackable.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
Because parcels ride on scheduled bus departures, many shipments arrive thesame day(for short-haul routes) or thenext morning(for overnight routes). Unlike traditional courier services, there's no sorting hub delay β your package goes straight from origin to destination on the next available bus.
Why Choose Bus Parcel?
Bus freight is significantlycheaper than express courier serviceswhile often beingfaster than standard ground shipping. With Rider Express, you get the reliability of a scheduled service network at a fraction of the cost of air cargo or next-day courier services β ideal for small businesses, e-commerce sellers, and personal shipments.
