Where and how can I book the ticket?

Tickets can be booked by following methods:

Can I send parcels or packages with your bus?

Yes parcels need to be booked via our website at

How many luggage is allowed on the buses?

Your free allowance is two (2) luggage weighting no more than 23 kg and a carry on with max weight of 7kg for each ticket. Total four (4) luggage can be brought in each trip for each ticket holder and please note after free 2 bags the extra bags cost 30$ for third (3rd) bag and 40$ for fourth (4th) bag. How cancellation and refund works?

Cancellation and refund requests shall be received 24 hours before the travel date and only 50% of the ticket value is refundable. Please read our policy from below link:

How can I change my already booked schedule?

You are able to change the time and date of your ticket by yourself through your booking or please call us at 1-833-583-3636. There will be service charge of 30$ for tickets which total above 70$ or 20$ for tickets which total less than 70$  

What happens if I miss my departure time?

Similar to airline industry, all tickets are sold on the basis to be used for specific date and time it was purchased for. Customers are required to be at their stops at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. This time will allow rider express employees to board the customers safely and secure their luggage. Unless notified 24h before, unfortunately last minute cancellation requests cannot be considered for refund or rescheduling.

Can children travel free of charge?

Children can travel free of charge under below conditions:

One free child under 2 years of age for one person/ticket.

Accompanied by an adult or a minor who is at least 16 years of age or older

Will not occupy a seat

*2 year old or above children pay the same fare as adults

What is the minimum age a minor can travel on their own?

13 years old and up, children can travel on their own. Less than 13 years old minors must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years old or older 

Are pets or animals allowed on your buses? 

Only service dogs, classified under Service dogs act with proper ID will be allowed on our buses with pre approval prior to the booking which should be done at least 48 hours before the travel date. Refer to policy section to see more in detail

Can I take bikes, skis, snowboards or any sports equipment with me?

Yes you can, bikes cost 50$ extra and all sharp greasy parts must be wrapped or boxed to protect itself or other baggage on the bus. Snowboard and skis cost 30$ extra and they need to be in their bags. You can pay the fees when booking for your ticket as there is a drop down menu for each item. If you cannot find the item you want to bring on the menu please call us at 1-833-583-3636
