Comfortable seats, wifi, and a smooth, quick ride - not to mention the unbeatable price with booking available the day before. Also nice to have more than one stop in Edmonton. A couple of minor complaints: The road noise from the tires was quite loud (perhaps due to where I was sitting), and the stop in Whitecourt was at a small convenience store and A&W, with not enough food options or washrooms available for all passengers.

He announced the route and stops to be made and went over obvious rules of the bus line before leaving. He was an excellent driver and I felt confident and relaxed. Although the bus was slightly late leaving Edmonton the reception staff and driver were very professional and efficient in their progress. The driver gave updates via intercom and prepared me ahead of my stop to ensure a quick offloading at Fox Creek. I hadn’t taken bus service since the Greyhound days and it was very nice to see how far bus travel has come since then. Highly recommend (and very good price too!)

The schedule choices were great with fair pricing. Timely arrivals and clean bus. I saw a YEG airport drop off/pickup. One person came on during my trip. I thought that might be a great option as a form of competitive local shuttle service. When I got home I tried to look it up but the warning was the travel was coming from same location. I was hopeful but it makes sense that seats would be reserved for longer distance travel. Thank you for offering an alternative travel choice!!

The driver arrived early, being helpful, friendly. The driver used microphone to announce which stop is coming up and what time expected, how long it will wait at the stop , so we know when to come back in case we get off the bus. This also helped passengers to hear or wake them up if they fall asleep so they miss their stops . The trip was on time and smoothly, bus is clean and comfortable. I’m very please with Rider Express, the drivers and the team. Highly recommended Rider Express.

Had a good ride back home from Edmonton to GP.. it was a partial full bus so had a seat to myself. The only frustration was that I only booked the one way to Edmonton at $52. I was deciding what day to go back. I booked my ticket later for Wednesday evening and saw that is was a total of $65..I did not see anything on the site that the price would increase. Is there any chance of getting the $13 refund? Thank you...

The ride was fine until the engine broke down about 3 hours into the trip. It is completely understandable that this kind of issue could happen at times. However, having to wait 3 hours just for the mechanic to get to where the bus was to fix something that was solved in mere minutes was very tiring and frustrating. Might want to consider changing a few things about company policies about who can fix the buses and stuff. Had the driver been allowed to contact someone from a nearby city to fix the engine instead of waiting for someone who had to be from Edmonton to fix it, the bus trip would have been less of a waste of time and less frustrating. The bus driver was very nice and drove carefully :)

The experience is excellent, the bus center even called me 10 mins ahead of the schedule to be sure I’m coming . Friendly staff , the bus driver is very nice and friendly , helpful. She is also a good driver and arrives ahead of schedule . Bus is clean , smell fresh inside, well equipped with reclining and comfy chair, also have a foot rest , lots of room on overhead for storage. I would definitely use Rider Express again. Highly recommended.

First time travelling with Rider Express. The seats were comfortable, it was nice that there was plug-ins on the bus to use for electronics. Since we had a fresh snowfall, the roads weren’t the best, but the driver did a good job driving and getting us to Grand Prairie safely. My only suggestion is I forgot to bring bottled water. It would be nice if it would be offered either at the station.

Leg room is great, the accessible charging ports is grand, the provided garbage bags on the side is genius. I would have given 4.5 stars if an option. Affordable, safe and worry free travel, the only minor issue I had was with the wifi ( In all fairness though my LTE/4g had no service either ). Seats were comfortable enough to take a nap in. Drivers are always very chipper and upbeat ( don't know how they do it lol ). All in all a very good experience, and will continue using Rider Express.

The bus is nice. I just don't know why you say the arrival time from edmonton to grande prarie is at 11pm. I've taken the 6pm departure from edmonton, arrival time 11pm in grande prarie and is never arrives anywhere near 11pm. It's more like 11:45 or midnight. So I give you a 3 star because your arrival time is no where near what you say it will be and you need to update this for your customers, most of us arrange rides to pick us up and a more accurate time should be given on the website.
