I take this charter service often. This time i was going back home after night shift. Most trips are very pleasant and the other passengers keep to them selves, the conversation is kept to a minimum to ensure fairness for all paying customers. This time there were multiple ppl coughing. One gentleman across the isle was not covering his mouth and coughing everywhere. The girl behind me was kicking my seat. Another lady was whistling and multiple conversation going on where I could not relax and could not nap. Needless to say I could not wait to get off that bus this particular time. Policy should be re instilled every now and then to remind everyone of the rules. Thank you

The bus was a little late arriving at Southgate transit station in Edmonton. It was very cold outside! The trip was good and we managed to get in on time. My biggest complaint is that the South Calgary stop from Southland transit station which was not only very convenient to South Calgary residents, but it's a much safer location. The 15th Avenue drop off location is only a short distance out of downtown. It's a sketchy area & I still had to wait & pay for a train to get to Southland station. Please bring back the Southland drop off/ pick up location option. Thank you!

I enjoyed the trip. The driver was friendly. My only complaints are the floors were not very clean (understandable given the winter), the seats didn't recline (design of the bus) and there were 2 stops before reaching my downtown destination which added 30 or 40 minutes. The value was very good though. Perhaps you can reach downtown first.
