Her advice, kindness, and support throughout my journey from Fort McMurray to Edmonton on October 14, Thanksgiving Day, meant so much to me, and I am truly grateful. My overall experience with Rider Express was exceptional. The staff’s attention to each passenger was impressive, and I really appreciated their commitment to customer care. I would strongly recommend Rider Express to anyone looking for reliable travel. I also appreciate the feedback question about starting earlier bus services around 7 or 8 a.m. It’s great to see Rider Express thinking of ways to improve customer experience, and I believe this could add even more value. The lady driver is excellent and approachable as always. One suggestion I have is to offer an option to choose seats when booking. Currently, people pile up as soon as the bus arrives, some cut in line, and others place bags on the seats beside them, making some passengers reluctant to ask if they can sit there.

We had a terrible and rude driver. Very unprofessional in dealing with people. He made announcement on destinations and when asked to clarify he angrily told everyone to get back on the bus. He gives a bad image of his company.

I fell asleep on the bus and missed my connecting bus stop to Regina. The driver was able to call the office and get my ticket transferred to the next days bus. A new ticket was issued to me by email without any actions required by me besides alerting the driver of my mistake. I could not have felt more taken care of and understood. Thanks!

I had a very pleasant experience. The bus was clean and the driver on time and very friendly. Sadly there was no wifi which was frustrating as it is offered but doesn’t work. All in all a good experience!
