The bus is good and driver is nice. The only thing I don’t like is that it arrives too late at Fort McMurray and you have to take Taxi home which increases the total price of travelling. If the bus can arrive 30~40 minutes earlier, I believe there will be more people willing to take this bus.

Pick up in Gibbons was a few minutes late, but we made up time and actually arrived a bit early into Ft Mac. Driver was friendly, courteous and helpful with luggage, etc.

Bus driver could have been more apparent as to announcements. Could barely understand and hear!! Temperature on the bus was uncomfortably warm and could have at least turned on the overhead air! All in all great it was a good ride!

Nice bus and interiors, with a friendly and well mannered driver. The charging ports at any seats weren't working, which is a real annoyance in long distance travel. Suggest to have a fort mc edmonton bus for return in the evening at 5.15 or so, as many people prefer bus to driving in winter. Also with many of the rideshare applications offering rides in the 50 to 60$ range a pricing of $ 60//, as a flat rate may be desirable .
