I think the trip was from Saskatoon ,anyway, the driver in a big part of rhe trip was in call, hands free but it can not be like that, even if he us an expert, accidents happen in a blink,besides he was wearing ostentatious jewelry..a tall thin guy, nice person, from India I guess,,but being a responsible driver includes all kind of details in their manners, uniform and of course his performance on the road...

The service and the ride was very good. Just one suggestion. To perhaps have a kneel down bus or have a stool for those of us seniors who have difficulty getting off and on the bus. Some of us have very bad knees and shorter legs and it’s uncomfortable trying to step up onto bus and stepping off. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Thank you again.

I enjoyed my first experience travelling with Rider Express. No complaints. Price was reasonable, process to buy my ticket was easy, checking-in was fast and the bus was very clean. Also, departure and arrival times were respected. My recommendations to make things better for travellers, it would be nice if travellers could have the option to control the vent for airflow (like we do in a plane) and if there was a place (shelf) where passengers could put their devices to watch movies on their phones/tablets.

The drivers were courteous and professional. The bus was clean and in good shape. In the toilet, place bigger signs for men to lift the seat and then shut the lid to flush. Need big red sign pointing to where the button is to flush. Facing the toilet, the push button is not visible.

The overall trip was good, the timing from leaving to arrival was 4.5 hrs earlier than which was great. My only issue is I inconvenienced two drivers when and hour & half stop was cancelled, and the earlier arrival at a total different location than what was on my ticket. I would still use the rider express but not any commitments, until you speaker to the driver. He was good and accommodating the passengers needs and keeping us safe!

The Filipino driver is very kind and accommodating (Lloyd to Sask and Sask to Lloyd when we go back home). But when going from Lloydminster to Regina, and stopping over in Saskatoon, the Wi-Fi was gone all the way to Regina. And when we returned home from Regina to Lloydminster, there was no Wi-Fi at all.

My return trip from Regina was 50 minutes longer. The first driver just announced "Saskatoon" but did not share the stop time upfront. I was surprised to found out it was 40 minutes which seems excessive. Another stop was 20 minutes. After thinking about these stops I assumed it was to avoid rush hour traffic in Edmonton.?. Overall it was good.

I do wish that they would have a place to put drinks.Add a little bit more time at in least one-stop for about 15 minutes.At least to stretch and maybe grab something to eat or coffee.

When I went to get on bus in Lloyd the driver told me to wait for another bus . Then five minutes later he told me to get on cause of overflow but there was no other bus ?? Then when arrived at Sherwood park the driver left a family of 6 behind then the family met up at Southgate giving the gp driver grief I understand they upset but it caused us to be late arriving at destinations . Not the gp bus driver fault he did accommodate the family to help retrieve their items on the bus that left . Koodoo to him he is a good driver . Other then that enjoy travelling with rider express.

The driver was good towards passengers. The driver could make other passengers aware to be more respectful and considerate of other passengers while using their devices. The driver switch was a decent switch, yet the announcing and waiting for a passenger that was not on board or around could have went better, as we (passengers) were waiting for the driver to get going and it was a longer pause at the last stop before getting to Sherwood Park. Other than that it was ok.

So after Saskatoon the bus experience overheating problems so the driver slowed down a bit and we carried on. It was ok,nothing we could do about it. Somewhere down the road there was a guy drinking and being a jerk. The driver got the guy off the bus without any chaos. Kudos to the driver. So when we got to our destination in Sherwood PK the driver unloaded the luggage and as he drove off I noticed a big blue suitcase sitting in the middle of the parking lot. So I took it in the store and told the clerk and he really didn't care. I hope the person who belongs to the suitcase managed to get it back. I didn't have a phone to call anyone. Had few problems with the trip. The driver did the best he could. The only confusing thing was he removed the blue suitcase while unloading at Sherwood PK and drove off and nobody was around. Did someone forget it? I don't know.

Not impressed with cancellation of original bus then to find next bus was overcrowded due to so many from cancelled bus being on it. Talking to other passengers finding that is a common occurrence for the morning route. Just don’t offer it if it’s consistently underbooked was impressed that the fare difference was handled efficiently and timely after I emailed but wondering why I had to point out the fare difference that needed to be credited

Adding an additional bus stop to pick up three passengers is not a reasonable trade-off if it compromises the scheduled arrival time in Calgary. Removing the Panatella bus stop, on the other hand, creates inconvenience for many passengers. I would like to suggest sticking to the previous bus stop schedule and bus stop, which includes fewer stops and allows for an earlier arrival in Calgary. This not only ensures better time management but also helps avoid unnecessary fatigue for everyone on board.
