First time I've taken Rider Express. I liked it better than Omni which I've taken before. Clean seats (I prefer the leather/leatherette to cloth), pleasant and helpful driver and it was nice to have a washroom on board. The drive time was good. Note, I didn't realize there was another stop in the Toronto Area close to Mavis. But given it was early with low traffic volumes, it didn't impact our time. I will ride Rider again!

I had no problems! It was a nice experience. The only thing I was confused about was the stops in London because I didn't realise there was a downtown stop too. I almost got off thinking I'd miss my stop! But I figured it out. Haha!

Driver was extremely polite. The ride was great however, when I got to downtown London, which was supposed to be the via rail station where I was getting picked up, I was dropped off one block east of the train station due to construction. I had to walk with my small suitcase through the construction zone to get to be a via rail. In the dark. Felt a little uneasy about the whole thing as it's not the best area.

I left a review some time ago with constructive criticism, I definitely think this time it was a better experience, so I tried to remember what I wrote last time: - Bus was late again, but it was not nearly as bad as the last time. I think maybe 10 minutes give or take (last time was more like 20-25 minutes late) - I cannot comment on the washroom. I did not have to use it - I will maintain what I wrote about the "where is the bus" feature. Riders on bus stops are going to be checking on mobile. The map starts zoomed out. Please centre it between rider location and bus location. I know it is investment, but please consider having your own mobile app - I know it depends on demand, but I could use an earlier bus to London 4 starts this time as I think it was better overall. Had the bus been on time, it would have been 5 starts

It was a quiet and safe ride, temperature in the bus may have been a notch too high, seats are comfortable, good views and there were no noises coming from anywhere inside the cabin. Overall, an excellent trip.

Great experience, great trip, it would be convenient if stops were announced by name or even better if the name of the next stop is posted on the screen before the stop. When I don't, it's only because I have to be in London before your earliest bus, or stay later than your last bus. I enjoy having complete confidence in the driver (Arsin), who is very friendly and respectful as well as very skilled at his job.

I have been taking this trip since January. This is what I have noticed: 1) The bus is usually late. This particular time, I think, it was about 20 minutes late. At least, the emails notifying riders of delays do give some piece of mind 2) There is a lot of confusion about where the bus stops. I have had to clarify this to new fellow riders almost every single time. Those that book through Busbud, for example, do not seem to receive the PDF ticket with all the links 3) About the Bus Status and Location: - Riders that book through Busbud do not seem to receive the PDF ticket with all the links, so they do not know this exists - It should default to being zoomed in to the bus current location and the next stop instead of all the way out. Most people using this feature are going to be on one of the bus stops on mobile, so having to zoom in every single time is annoying - It should refresh on an interval instead of having the rider to refresh the whole page, which makes us having to zoom in again (see previous point) 4) This is probably the hardest thing to get right, but I have to say it: the bus washroom has always been filthy and unsanitary. I am male and I can 'work around the issue', but female riders probably find the washroom unusable 5) I would appreciate a trip from Kitchener to London downtown earlier, but I reckon it is all about demand

very excellent bus. good driver. The only thing that was disconcerting was I don’t like it when drivers are on the phone the entire entire time. I know that it’s hands-free, S a licensed class 4 Driver myself which is a chauffeurs license - you’re still distracted … as well it is annoying hearing someone talk on the phone the entire time as well, but more a safety factor.

I m using Rider since last September and I like the service, the only request is , I live in milton and every time my parents has to drive all the way from milton west end to mississauga, it is around 40 minutes drive. Is there any possibility to have a stop at hwy 25 and 401 carpool and Go bus lot. There are many students travelling to London from milton and no go bus service there .
