I wish each driver would ask all passengers to wear their seat belt every time we make a scheduled stop and someone gets on. I think it should also be required by law.

The trip was good but the bus had problems and kept losing power so we had to pull to the side of highway several times .The first driver though young was doing his best but had an over the top customer who made it a little difficult .But it all worked out and I finally made it to my destination .Both bus driver were gracious and courteous ..

Couldn't find the unit number on my contract. Thought it was L117 as it said on the subject title. The paper should be clear as to what the unit number is to save customers from the stress. I was frustrated and called in and couldn't get an answer soon and I was someone from out of town that needed storage for his bags for work and didn't have a vehicle.
The only reason I am giving 5 stars was because the manager was understanding that I was away from the storage place after being patient and I didn't want to drag my heavy bags back. She said she would issue a refund. She did the right thing.

I’m really thankful to Rider Express because they were so kind to us, especially our driver yesterday. We needed to get home quickly on Monday, and we saw an available schedule on their website. However, I accidentally booked the wrong day—I booked Tuesday when it should have been Monday at 2:50 AM. I was really stressed and anxious because I was traveling with a baby, and it was just the two of us in the early morning. Thankfully, the driver was very kind and allowed us to change the date. We also felt safe during the trip, and the bus arrived on time. I really appreciate their understanding of our situation. I will definitely recommend Rider Express for your future trips. Please modernize your aging fleet. Today I was in unit 26. First of all it doesn’t have any usb charging ports. Seats are tightly packed with minimal leg space. Most importantly it was breaking down again and again in middle of the highway. It was not safe because bus was dying in live highway lane. I hope you understand my point. Thank you

The bus stalled several times and caused us to pull off the highway onto the shoulder of the highway. I found this to be very dangerous. Also a few people in the back were drinking alcohol and almost came to blows. But this doesn't affect my overall opinion of Rider Express. I still very much appreciate your service.

Most drivers are very good about making announcements when we come to a stop so we know how long the stop is and what time we are leaving. So when a driver doesn't do that I as a passenger am unsure whether it is safe to leave the bus. Please pass along to all your drivers how important making these announcements is to the passengers.
You have no idea how thankful I am for Rider Express. I don't care to drive long distances any more so Rider Express is much appreciated.

Excellent trip. Great driver! He even pointed out the mountain goats as we drove by. He was courteous and made a few jokes, despite heavy long weekend traffic which caused a delay. He was helpful to passengers getting off and, because of the late hour, allowed people to get off at an earlier stop if it suited them better.

The bus was fine and on time. However, the reading lights were not turned on, so I strained my eyes to read until it was too dark and then was unable to read, which made the trip seem much longer. My recollection is every other bus company I have travelled with, whether in a schedule or a charter, has turned on the reading lights.

Comfortable bus, wonderful to have Wi-Fi and AC outlet. The first driver Larry was wonderful. Friendly, helpful. The second driver, I don’t know his name, but he was the exact opposite. I felt most of the trip he was rude, wouldn’t answer simple questions, or just gave impatient answers that were not helpful. I hope other drivers in your fleet are like Larry. The second driver was defensive so don’t think he knows what a jerk he is or doesn’t care.

Great seats. Bus great, though really bad toilet smell at times and toilet seat was really hot.
The first driver to Kamloops very good, helpful. However, from Kamloops to Banff the driver was rude, nasty - he reprimanded me like a mean bully teacher to a child in very harsh manner for asking a question and when I moved toward 1st row of seats to rest a cup (he monopolized 3 front rows with his stuff). When I asked about the drop off point he brushed off answer-I asked later about arrival time he gruffly dismissed my question. Very mean and unhelpful! Such an unpleasant unhelpful end to the journey. He should not be in contact with your customers, tbh.

This was the first time I’d taken Rider Express. I found it to be very comfortable and both of the drivers were very friendly. They stopped one time to allow people enough time to grab a bite to eat which was great to take that break. Because of an accident the bus had to let me off at the town before my stop but would arrange another way to get me there. I had friends that picked me up but when I saw the driver at the stop he asked if my ride was coming. That meant a lot. I will use this service again. Thank you.

I usually give 5/5 stars because I frequently use this bus service and usually have zero issues. During my trip on July 15th from Regina to Saskatoon I had to change my ticket to the earlier bus instead of the 4:30 pm bus. I paid the fee upon check in and everything seemed good. Half way during the trip the bus driver pulls over in the middle of nowhere and walks up and down the aisle seems to be looking for someone, he stops at my spot and said that I didn’t check in and asks for my ID. I said what is going on? He said I didn’t check in and shows me his text messages on his company phone that had a name of Joan but there was a security camera picture of me while at the Regina station… I said I checked in and was the second person to check in that day and that I paid the $21 fee to change my ticket, he takes a picture of my ID and then proceeds to the front of the bus and then says “thank you” while waving back to me to say everything is good.
This was kinda of embarrassing as now everyone on the bus was looking at me but at least when we arrived in Saskatoon the driver approached me saying sorry there was a problem in the system and that I was the only passenger who changed their ticket.
Overall experience that was a little weird but i understand there can be times of miscommunication and glitches.

I bought a ticket through here and was satisfied with my trip. The employees working here like reception and bus drivers were all straight to the point and helpful. I found the trip to take a bit long of course because it was first stop out of the city and has to pick up two other stops. But it was okay because the seats are comfortable, there is a bathroom in the back of the bus, and it is kept very clean. I was happy the seats can recline and have seat belts, a cup holder on one side, small net baskets in front for other items, adjustable arm rests and a foot holder for comfort. I lucked out because I didn't have anyone sit by me so I got two seats to myself. I napped halfway and colored pictures the other half. Very smooth ride for the most part. A little bumpy depending on roads but it's such a big bus! We did have a delay and took our break early which is a half hour stop. Which is plenty of time for a cigarette and some food. Thanks rider express for getting me home safely.

As always, the hardest part of the trip is being at the right place to get on the bus.
The drivers were both excellent. Both announced ahead of time for next stop, whether long enough to stretch legs, smokers were happy and others could use amenities provided.
Trip was non-eventful, the way it should be, roads were rough, also to be expected.
Rest stops were able to carry the load of the passengers going in for food and/or restrooms
All In all, was exactly what I expected

Plenty of stops to stretch your legs, go to the restroom & pick up snacks. A toilet is also on the bus along with charging ports and wifi although the signal was very weak and constantly dropped out. Comfort wise: 8/10

The first bus driver could have shown a bit better service. He did not welcome or brief the passengers at the start of the ride. When the bus stopped for a 10 min break, he told passengers not to go looking for food cuz 'we don't have time for that'. That did not sound good and could have been said better or not said at all. Just let passengers know they need to be on by 10:10am.
When I asked about the Wifi, he responded, 'did you check'? I said yes. He said the there's no Wifi. I felt foolish for asking. His response could have been better, maybe, " no nam, there is no Wifi, or we are having challenges with or service today". I wonder if I wrre a white passenger if his response would have been same. The Wifi did come one later in the trip, then off again at some points.
The bathroom door snapped shut during the trip and would not open. That means I was in discomfort for 1 1/2 hours till I got to Banff unable to use the bathroom.
The second bush driver did a good job with breifing passengers on the various stops, what to expect and time alloted.
Seats neef to be cleaned.

The drivers were good with excellent service and attitude. However, it is unacceptable that on a 12-hour trip, there is no electricity to charge cell phones or any device, and Wi-Fi, when this service is offered when selling tickets. And even more so considering that there are accidents on the road that delay arrivals, as happened on this trip that lasted more than 14 hours.

I just returned from a trip to Armstrong and back to Langley. It was my first time using Riders Express, and I really did not know what to expect, but it was less expensive than E Bus, so I decided to give it a try.
I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with it. The drivers were professional, safe, and pleasant. One driver I would like to single out was Lynn on the Salmon Arm to Kelowna run. She had the needs of her customers foremost, and was helpful, friendly and informative, while still doing a superb job of driving. I will definitely use Riders Express in the future. Thank you for providing this much needed service at an affordable price.

Great service overall but Downside to this was the bathroom, i used it and all the piss was just floating back up from the toilet?! there was no toilet cover. All the piss flew up in the air, as i was using the restroom. So i think there should be a toilet cover on that bus. i’ve never rode a bus before and don’t know if it’s supposed to be like? the water just splashes everywhere as you flush? anyways i do know that there is supposed to be an cover to prevent that from happening. some people came out of the bathroom smelling like piss 🤨 it’s kinda insane

The bus driver, I believe his name was Len, was very communicative and friendly throughout the whole trip! As a smoker, I really appreciate it when the drivers say which stops will be specifically drop off/pick up and if they have a few extra minutes to give us passengers a smoke break that’s very appreciative because they don’t have to do that! He made great timing too and overall it was a pleasant trip

Amazing customer service, the bus driver (Oliver) was so friendly and kind.
I was late due to traffic (5min late) and he waited for me.
The ticket price is very reasonable and the buses are clean.
They have wifi and charging ports on bus and have a newer updated interior.

Very Impressed with the bus driver, Road from Dundurn to Davidson Sheet of Glare Ice and rumble ice . He handled it like a True Pro when he had to Pass slower traffic did it very safe and professional .. Take in mind I have 3.9 Million miles and 34 years of experience He should get a Pat on the back for a job well done As I know most good drivers do not get enough credit. Trip was a hour late leaving but with road condition very understandable
