I observed your driver mopping up the slush and excess water being tracked into the bus , that’s good insurance so as to prevent falls . Kind and thoughtful deeds.

All are very good, except bus driver did not stop one passenger from play very loud vedio on the drive from Westbroook to Red Deer stops. Another passenger had too stand up and tell the loud passager to be considerate and don't be so loud a few minutes before Red Deer stop. Bus driver then told everyone to use head set and not disturb others after bus reach Red Dear stop. Bus driver should have stop the loud behavior sooner, not wait 1.5 hours.

Great Diver and they made the best of what traffic had been like. Wishes us a Happy Halloween and notified everyone peacefully of the precautions for bus safety, as well stops upcoming. Felt comfortable with the driver and their presence of care made a difference for how safe everyone is when doing a count of passengers. They drove earlier in the day as well on the way to Calgary and back to Edmonton. Definitely would appreciate to have them drive me in the future for such trips. Very positive energy 😊

I suggest your pick up point at 1110 Panatello Blvd should be at the Tim Hortons parking lot or start there before going to the curb behind Tim Hortons. Reason is, I didn't get to read the pdf ticket, because every information I needed was in my email. 2, the pdf reader I have is obsolete so I couldn't get the pdf format of the ticket. 3. The first operator told me to come out of the Tim Hortons joint to the front. She was even rude to go back n read my ticket. Fact is, if I could see that, I wouldn't have called. Before I could say jack, the bus had passed. It was the second operator who actually took her time to send me a picture of the bus at the location for pickup. Especially in winter, Tim Hortons parking lot will be better. Please put signage at the address you provide. Thanks. The driver's spoken English was poor, too.

I have taken Rider Express many times. Overall, my experience has been very good. I like that the pricing is reasonable, it is easy to book trips and the travel itself is comfortable. I plan to continue to use this service. One thing that I believe needs to be improved though is communication. I was running behind schedule for my last trip and tried to call Rider Express to see what could be done. It was difficult to actually find the right number to call and once I did call, I was put on hold for a long time so I could not reach anyone.

i use ridee expeess every weekend to travel between calgary and edmonton. the service is good and economical... the bus is mostly on time... the only thing that should be improved is cancelation or change policy... the traveler should be able to get the ticket canceled 24h before departure if he is not planning to travel... it is mentioned in their policy but they refuse to accommodate me when I reached them 24h earlier than departure time... rest is fine experience

Our driver today was awesome and very thoughtful. I saw him ask a passenger if they wanted to have their violin (or whatever small instrument) in the bus instead of the cargo because he was afraid that it might break. He also made sure all his passengers were in and dropped off at right place. Cool guy!

My last review I gave 5/5 stars. Since then I had asked about changing a return trip by one day, thinking as long as there was an available seat, it should be an easy switch. However, I was told it would cost $30!? Since I'd already paid for a seat that was shocking to me. When I expressed this Rider did offer to decrease cost to $10 as I am a Senior on a fixed income. Although I appreciated the offer, I couldn't take advantage of their offer. Otherwise the trip went fine.

We recommend adding bus stop signs like FlixBus, so passengers can feel that they are waiting in the right location. Adding a bus stop sign is also a great way to promote the company.

Trip was nice except for the passenger who talked so loud but after reminders by the driver, she toned down. Overall, the ride was great. I appreciate the 15 min at stopover, a time to stretch outside. I suggest driver need to check passengers ticket before letting into the bus for safety reasons. I went in without my ticket seen.

Wifi didn't work, pocket behind the seat was torn, the person ahead of me reclined their seat really far but I couldn't recline mine because of the person behind me. Not enough leg room.

The agent in front house and the bus driver were excellent and communicated with us on delays and expectations. The only thing i would change is if we could have seat selection like they do on Flixbus . This way families could insure they could sit together or if your a senior access to the front of the bus would be assured.

I took the 435 bus from Marlborough Mall and the 1210 bus from Red Deer
He was a very courteous and very Pleasant man

I have been riding with Rider Express monthly for the past 1.5 years and I have to say they are pretty awesome. Drivers are always very professional, friendly, polite and informative. Busses are always clean and well maintained. They are very fair priced. I’ve never had any kind of issues and I will continue to ride with them for years to come. Keep up the great work !

He helped guide someone who was new to the city and guided him to where taxis are. His definitely providing an excellent customer service experience to your clients. The only coplaint is not with Ryder Express but with the wait time of 3 hrs once i got to Edmonton.
Why couldn't Ryder Express drop us off closer to downtown. I had to pay an extra 45$ from Southcenter mall to 154st where my other bus Cold shot was leaving from.
My God! I was not happy at and will try to avoid that trip at all expense. I was furious when i had to pay extra 45 just to catch my next bus.
Is there not an easier way to do this????

Appreiiate the excellent staff, including drivers and desk people. Also appreciate clean buses, and information provided about each stop. However, did not enjoy a long layover in edmonton, with nothing close, like a restaurant or mall, or no lockers for luggage.
