The trip from YEG to Southgate was flawless. Had a problem with my booking, had to have it changed a couple times. Did it by email. It was amazing how responsive they were, went above and beyond. My only issue is with the wait area at the station, had to wait for 2 hours, no chairs. Couldn’t go to mall nearby due to logistics. Had a few bags. There’s stairs and bridge etc. That could be better.

On the 25th of March I took the bus from Reddeer to Edmonton airport 9:20am our driver was professional and curtious . Arrived on time and at 66 years old and never used this type of service before and also heading for a flight home with little time to spare he reassured me it would be okay. Just as we were 10 minutes from the airport there was an accident on the highway and we were at a standstill, we finally got rerouted and had a huge delay, when we finally arrived at the airport stop we were really late, the driver assured me it will be ok, I told him he didn’t have to get my luggage out because there was 6 inches of snow by now, he insisted and directed me to the area to call for the shuttle, he was very calm, told me again it will be ok. What a great employee, I did make my flight just by minutes, really appreciated the service. Chris Young

Hi It's a shame that people who don't have government picture id can't get on the bus. Can homeless people not travel. Maybe they've had their id stolen. A lady couldn't get on the bus today, from edmonton to Calgary. She was very upset. Other than that I'm happy with rider express.

The bus was nice and trip uneventful but it’s misleading considering I didn’t actually get dropped off at the airport, which is the listed destination. I instead had to take an uber from the gas station the last 1.5 km to get to the airport. There was no way someone could walk that distance with a suitcase.

There was a woman and young child on the bus who were both extremely disruptive! She played her phone loudly and the child did never stop talking in a very loud voice. Adrian, the driver spoke with her on two occasions. He quietly asked her to use earbuds and offered her a pair. It helped a bit but not for long. Adrain was extremely professional, patient and kind. I was amazed with his patience as the woman was near the front and he would have been disturbed as a driver. I hope, if I take the bus again I will have Adrian as a driver! He was amazing in difficult circumstances.

Although the bus left Marlborough 15-min late, it still arrived in Edmonton downtown 14-min earlier than the original arrival.time. the bus has an executive feel and comfy. They allow 2 checkin luggages and they provide claim tag for each luggage. The staff has professional approach and I like how they carry themselves in their uniform. What an awesome experience!

The service was good, the bus was very comfortable and clean. The driver was very helpful but when I was dropped off at the location for the Edmonton airport. I was confused why I was at a gas station that I could not actually walk to the airport. I think that when you have locations such as the airport that you will be required to take another form of transportation to actually get to your destination that your site listed as the drop off point.— that you should let your riders know they’re not actually getting to the airport and that they will have to call a cab or Uber, which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. It was upsetting for me as I am not from this area and I wasn’t prepared for the extra step to actually get to the airport. Thank you Laura Lee McGhie

The trip was very nice. The tickets are reasonable in price and luggage being included is a great addition which was the deciding factor in me using your service. The staff was friendly and the drive was nice. The main point of improvement I’ve seen is the pickup/dropoff locations. They are very poor in terms of access with poor transit connections or pickup locations, and poor for safety as there were people hanging around the bus trying to take my luggage.
