Impressive that the ride was on time at the destination I chose ..sitting in 11 row on passenger side, I found the seat quite uncomfortable but did feel somewhat better when I reclined the seat.. Stops were short and I didn’t feel I would have time to use the washroom at the stop and make a purchase..so, I chose to stay on the bus .. which worked out ok for me..others did get on and off the bus on time Will tell others about the service as I was pleased I had the opportunity to use it ..I thought the price was reasonable

Hello, This was my return trip from Edmonton to Saskatoon; my second time on Rider Express. It was a very pleasant experience. The interior was quiet and clean and the temperature was adequate. I appreciated the clear instructions from the driver when boarding, "Please show your photo ID only." While aboard, it was very helpful when the driver announced the duration of the next stop before arriving so we could prepare. The driver was courteous, friendly, and efficient. I suggest that it would be helpful if the bus stops have signage to indicate where passengers should congregate. When I left Saskatoon at Marquis Drive, the website said the bus would stop curbside by Tim Hortons, but it stopped at the Husky. When I left Edmonton at Sherwood, two groups of passengers asked me if they were in the right place to catch the bus. It would be reassuring if passengers could see the Rider Express logo somewhere in the lot to know they're in the right place. I want to reiterate how capable my driver was on the Saskatoon to Edmonton route, as well as how impressive the customer service was when I called them. Very efficient and effective. Ride was smooth and good for a 7 hour trip. Of my three trips only one trip had a 10 minute break the other two where no breaks meaning I couldn't smoke for over 5 hours. Most smokers have withdrawals after two hours. Each ride i end up getting off extremely irritated and with a massive headache because lack of nicotine. I personally would suggest scheduling 10-15 minute rests every couple hours to make the trip more pleasant for smokers.

Comfortable ride and pleasant respectful passengers. Safe and pleasant drivers. A 40 minute delay in the beginning was unfortunate with no comfortable place to wait. Perhaps an arrangement with a local business near the stop could provide a bench and even a means to prepare baggage tickets and receive updates on arrival times. This would be helpful for waiting passengers and help the driver with checking passengers and baggage loading. We did arrive close to the ETA as breaks were kept brief and everyone was cooperative with this. Thank you for a safe and comfortable trip!

The bus itself was very comfortable, but the breaks were not long enough. 10 minutes is not enough time for a bus full of people to use a washroom and get coffee and two breaks were only 5 minutes. The “terminal” if you call it that in Edmonton was not very clean ( crumbs, etc, on the floor and minimal chairs). There were not suggestions as to where to find food during the break. I used Flex bus in Ontario last fall for a number of trips and everything there was excellent. They stopped at very modern locations and you knew exactly where the bus would park.

The trip was Ok - there was an incident on it as a passenger got left behind in Vermillion and had to Uber to LLoyd to catch up. As there was a crew change, it seems like a confusing time. I would blame both the driver and passenger equally. It was announced that it would be a short stop. The driver did honk several times, but as we parked across the parking lot, I doubt anyone inside would have heard the honks. Not sure if you need to have folks check back in with the crew and have it recorded to make sure you don't miss anyone. Or have them go into the store and announce it was time to return to the bus. With many immigrants travelling, staff should be very clear as to what a 10-minute break means and that they will leave. There may have been a communication issue that could have contributed to the incident. So finding a process that ensures folks aren't left behind and ensuring stops give passengers a reasonable amount of time to use the facilities or buy a snack. The individual said there was a line-up for both and that is why he was late. That being said - staff were friendly and teh bus was clean. As I am physically challenged, I could not use the on-board washroom - so I had to wait until the trip ended. The stop in Saskatoon didn't allow for a washroom break for me. But it is a very important service - so thank you.
