The ride was fine until the engine broke down about 3 hours into the trip. It is completely understandable that this kind of issue could happen at times. However, having to wait 3 hours just for the mechanic to get to where the bus was to fix something that was solved in mere minutes was very tiring and frustrating. Might want to consider changing a few things about company policies about who can fix the buses and stuff. Had the driver been allowed to contact someone from a nearby city to fix the engine instead of waiting for someone who had to be from Edmonton to fix it, the bus trip would have been less of a waste of time and less frustrating. The bus driver was very nice and drove carefully :)

First time travelling with Rider Express. The seats were comfortable, it was nice that there was plug-ins on the bus to use for electronics. Since we had a fresh snowfall, the roads weren’t the best, but the driver did a good job driving and getting us to Grand Prairie safely. My only suggestion is I forgot to bring bottled water. It would be nice if it would be offered either at the station.

I haven’t rode the travel buses much since the Greyhound shut down. Compared to the other companies I have tried, this experience is amazing. Leg room is great, the accessible charging ports is grand, the provided garbage bags on the side is genius. I’m enjoying my experience with this company and will definitely choose this one first for my travels. The price too is unmatched

I would have given 4.5 stars if an option. Affordable, safe and worry free travel, the only minor issue I had was with the wifi ( In all fairness though my LTE/4g had no service either ). Seats were comfortable enough to take a nap in. Drivers are always very chipper and upbeat ( don't know how they do it lol ). All in all a very good experience, and will continue using Rider Express.

Friendly bus driver, warm and clean condition. I felt safe on the ride. The bus was quite full, but maybe because it was a Friday evening. The bus left late, stopped quite long at some stops and so was 50 minutes later than scheduled.

The bus is nice. I just don't know why you say the arrival time from edmonton to grande prarie is at 11pm. I've taken the 6pm departure from edmonton, arrival time 11pm in grande prarie and is never arrives anywhere near 11pm. It's more like 11:45 or midnight. So I give you a 3 star because your arrival time is no where near what you say it will be and you need to update this for your customers, most of us arrange rides to pick us up and a more accurate time should be given on the website.

The ride went very well,and the price for a ticket is awesome!, but the fact that the bus was 1.25 hours late picking up in Spruce Grove threw everything off schedule!! My suggestion is to figure out true pick up times so that people aren’t sitting waiting for over an hour.

The bus was clean and the driver was friendly and courteous and the ride was good. However, the bus was 35 minutes late and there is no number to call and get an update. I didn’t get a text until after 25 minutes and I had already left the pickup area. Although I returned after receiving the text, the bus initially left without me. We sorted it out, but better, quicker communication would be appreciated.
