I had another great ride on your bus.on Jan 2nd at 3.30.cant remember the drivers name .hope you have the name of the driver on that day.he drives with caution and he always smiles.it was nice to know that he knew me from the last time I took the bus to Edmonton. Very impressed by the professionalism of check-in, and drivers employees. The purchase of tickets on-line is very easy and efficient. The bus was a bit hot, with the airflow vents not functioning for the first half of the trip. But overall a very pleasant and peaceful ride.

Great service overall but Downside to this was the bathroom, i used it and all the piss was just floating back up from the toilet?! there was no toilet cover. All the piss flew up in the air, as i was using the restroom. So i think there should be a toilet cover on that bus. i’ve never rode a bus before and don’t know if it’s supposed to be like? the water just splashes everywhere as you flush? anyways i do know that there is supposed to be an cover to prevent that from happening. some people came out of the bathroom smelling like piss 🤨 it’s kinda insane

I took you bus to Edmonton last week . I cane back on the 13th and got paul again i was happy to see him.what a beautiful ride.loved that there are seat belts.and wifi.met a very pleasant and caring bus driver .his name Paul.he is caring and funny.paul made my bus drive very pleasant and happy to have had him as my driver..I will always take the rider express when I will travel. You are so luck you have such a great driver working for you.so thank you from the bottom of my heart for haveing such great busses.thank you bev turner

I want to say how much I appreciate the customer service I have received from Rider Express. I was unhappy with a non-stop trip I ended up on when I had been used to having short breaks along the way in the past, and they compensated me quite generously for my discomfort. Now I am aware of the possibility of a non-stop trip and will prepare accordingly with a snack for the road, and taking an Advil before I board for my stiff joints. They retained my business (which is frequent) by caring about my experience and making sure I continued to travel with Rider Express. It's a rare thing and I am grateful. See you on the bus!

Very Impressed with the bus driver, Road from Dundurn to Davidson Sheet of Glare Ice and rumble ice . He handled it like a True Pro when he had to Pass slower traffic did it very safe and professional .. Take in mind I have 3.9 Million miles and 34 years of experience He should get a Pat on the back for a job well done As I know most good drivers do not get enough credit. Trip was a hour late leaving but with road condition very understandable
