Good, professional driver who worked hard not to waste time at stops. The bus was in good condition and the temperature was comfortable. The price was reasonable. The schedule, however, should be realistic. We still arrived at Southgate almost 30 minutes late even though the driver made stops short to maximize the time. The schedule allowed only 4.5 hours including stops and Google maps says it’s 4 hrs 39 min without stops. My trip the opposite direction was 50 minutes late. Thanks for your service!

Hi there! This past Family Day weekend, I took Rider Express for the first time, for a trip from Edmonton to Grande Prairie on Feb. 14, and then Grande Prairie to Edmonton on Feb. 18. I was generally pleased with both trips and they're a lot cheaper than your main competitor (Red Arrow) for essentially the same level of service. However, the only complaint I would make is that both of my trips did not arrive at their destinations at their scheduled times. On Feb. 14, the scheduled time was to arrive at 11 p.m. (after leaving the downtown station at 6 p.m.) but, thanks to the various stops it makes along the way, it didn't get to GP until 11:45 or 11:50 p.m. With the trip on Feb. 18, the bus left the Burger King parking lot in GP at 9:30 a.m. and was scheduled to arrive at its 105 Street stop in downtown Edmonton at 1:30 p.m., but ended up being about 20 minutes late or so. I should mention that, in neither case, was this a problem for me. I wasn't in any particular rush on Feb. 14 or Feb. 18, so I wasn't bothered too much by how late each bus arrived at its respective destinations. But you probably need to adjust your arrival times on your website and tickets because if your bus continues to make stops at the Southgate LRT terminal in Edmonton, and then Whitecourt, Fox Creek, and Valleyview, you definitely won't make it to or from GP in five hours - not safely, anyway. Just some friendly advice. I definitely plan on using your bus service again. Thanks! Scott

The experience was good, but had an issue that the bus driver dropping me off at the incorrect stop in Spruce Grove. We were advised that I would be dropped off at 1 Dalton Link (new location), but was dropped off at the old location and had to wait for my son in law to drive over and pick me up, as he was waiting at 1 Dalton Link. I was glad the Tim Horton at this old location allowed me to come in and wait with my luggage without having to make a purchase.

Your motor coach was very cold, I fully understand the weather has an effect on your vehicle, especially a single vehicle this size as I have driven your bus for more than 20 years. Your operator was courteous indeed, but a few winter driving tips for him could smooth out his driving, don’t get me wrong he was a nice person. Your toilet was frozen perhaps you could use a percentage of MEK, methyl ethyl ketone, or even windshield fluid , this is what I’ve done in the past and had no freezing issues. Definitely worth the cost and I will use your service again and would recommend to anyone, thank your driver for getting us to Edmonton safely.

The bus ride was very comfortable, however we were dropped off at downtown Edmonton . The bus stopped on the side of the street to let us off. We had to walk to nearest street light to get across to the bus depot. Very cold today, plus we had 4 pieces of luggage. I feel we should have at least been dropped off in the parking lot. Other than that, was good

I would like to see your schedule include an earlier departure time from Edmonton. As a senior getting to GP at 11pm is too late. The departure time from Grande Prairie is very good. Also review safety procedures for example how to open emergency exit windows. Good experience overall.

The ride was smooth and quiet. The operator went above and beyond with his assistance to both myself and the others on the coach. The bus - and the bathroom - were clean! I arrived on-time to my destination. The company, both via email and personal call informed me of potential delays due to weather conditions, and also gave notice of revised pick up times. 4 Stars only because I found the chairs too small and leg room severely lacking. Otherwise great job.

-Best fare rates, hopefully you don't increase any time soon -my stop locations were okay - at least a Starbucks was nearby in Grande prairie where i could wait for the bus -The temperature in the bus Jan 6th from Grande prairie was a bit too low. Everyone kept their coats and hats on. -Seats Not that comfortable especially with the metal bars under the seats..can't stretch your legs. All in all..good ride

The ride was smooth and uneventful. The scheduled time of departure was 8:30 am. We did not leave until approximately 8:50am. There were no “rest” stops for passengers. This isn’t a major issue but if someone requires food or drink it would be nice to have a short break. The driver was polite and knowledgeable but didn’t make any announcements regarding the stops and the route. All in all a good trip. The price is more than reasonable. Definitely will travel again.
