Really fast and I appreciate the prices at Rider Express - makes me take it for sure! Love that it goes to the Mississauga stop instead of the airport. But the driver went to a different location this time when picking us up at Sportsworld so we sort of had to run over waving to make sure he stopped. We tried asking if the stop has moved and he sort of just laughed and didn't answer so I'm unclear where we should stand in future, which makes me super nervous that I'm going to be left behind, making me less likely to use Rider Express. I'd also love to be able to pick my seat, but that's not a big deal. This would be 4.5 if I had confidence in the pick-up location in Kitchener.

On the bus back to Toronto (London departure @6:30), not only did the bus arrive quite late (which was understandable), but it actually MISSED a stop at Kitchener. I got quite scared when I saw the bus go past Sportsworld, and I had to go up to the driver as he was going to the highway and request him to go back. In the future trips, please make it so that the bus driver can actually see that there are other stops to be made.

This time I enjoyed the ride on one of your newer buses, which was quite comfortable and pleasant. The pick up location was slightly different as the bus didn’t stop on our side of the street and we all had to cross the median to the other side, but it all worked out OK. We left and arrived in good time, but I have to say the ride was a bit jerky. I’m not sure if he was tailgating or what, but there were sometimes where we were lurched forward a bit, with having to slow down suddenly. All in all, it was a pretty good trip.

This is by far the most convenient bus company because of the pick-up/drop-off location at 800 Bancroft Drive behind the Tim Hortons in Mississauga and the route from there to Western University and vice versa. The bus driver who does the route is really kind as well. My feedback would be to make more bus departure timings for this route going both ways like in the middle of the day for example at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, or 4:30 pm because right now there's only one departure in the early morning for both and the one at 6:30 pm for London to Mississauga and the one at 4 pm from Mississauga to London. There is definitely a demand for more timings for this bus route so it would help your business as well. Thank You!

There are many things I liked about today’s ride. 1. Today the bus was late due to weather & road conditions and I got a notification earlier on, helping me plan my itinerary better. 2. When I reached at the stop, the bus was still running late by a few more minutes. I called the customer support and the lady who picked up my call was SO SUPPORTIVE. She quickly understood that I was being anxious about the bus leaving me behind and reassured me three times that the bus has not arrived on the stop yet. She was not judgmental at all and was very patient. 3. The bus driver is so positive and nice. Our bus driver has always been so kind and assuring. Last time, I was about to miss the bus and he said to me very nicely, “it’s ok. Now you are here”. Today, even in this weather he had a positive attitude and a smile on his face that made all the passengers feel comfortable. He even recognized some faces! When I take rider express again it will be mostly due to this man. He makes the trip worth it. All in all, it’s the people associated with rider express that makes me want to choose rider express over others. Would definitely recommend!!
