I want to express my satisfaction with your service. I regularly take your bus from Ottawa to Toronto each week, and overall, I am pleased with the experience.
However, I have noticed a recurring issue with the toilet doors on your buses. In all of my experiences, when the bus turns, the door often swings open if the restroom is unoccupied. This can be a bit inconvenient and distracting until someone goes to close it.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it might be a minor adjustment that could improve the comfort and overall experience for passengers.

Bus was on time. Clean and everything in good working order, power, wifi, washroom. Driver was efficient and couteous. Some other passengers were using videos or talking on phone for long periods of time in spite of drivers announcement, very annoying. Great overall.

The trip was great, bus was clean and modern and the driver was amazing. I appreciated the frequent updates on my trip (it was delayed by 90 minutes). A note for improvement- I saw the bus arrive before the departure and it was clear there was an issue with the wheel. The bus didn't return and I got a notification about a 30 minute delay- I figured it was the wheel, but the notification said "traffic". From then it was 10-20 minute delay updates until it was 90 minutes late. If we knew it would be 90 minutes, we could have gone for shade vs sitting in the high heat. Also those booked with BusBud only got 2 notifications vs my 5- I booked direct.

a great and affordable way to get to Toronto. The seats and air were clean (a separate bus from a different company i took had an odd odour in the bus). 2 things would make Rider express even better in my opinion
1. more time options (i don't know if there are less times because ridership doesn't warrant more times or if it's just the size of the company)
2. there was a "ding" that seemed to happen when going over bumps in the road.... please get rid of this
other than that it was great

The bus ride was excellent. The only drawback was that it wasn't clear where exactly the pick-up point in Kanata is located. We almost missed the bus because of this. A decent map of the Kanata pick-up point would be helpful.

I wondered why from Scarborough to Union station bus terminal takes 90mins. When we booked our bus tickets, we thought arriving at Union station at 11 pm was too late so it was far but we chose Scarborough at 9:30. On the way to Ottawa, from Union station to Scarborough it only took 30mins.

Pleased with the way an unexpected cancellation of the bus originally booked for was handled by Rider. Receiving a ticket for an alternative option as well as two other option to choose from was effective and smart. Unfortunately the bus arrived late in West Ottawa so we departed with an half hour delay already. However the driver did what was within his power to make up for delays managing other obstacles such as work in the road and a delayed passenger during one of the stop, and he did so gracefully. What could have been a stressful ride was a relatively smooth one. Thank you .

I always travel to Toronto from ottawa by rider express beforehand the service of this was very good but now not. I visit to Toronto for my classes and bus is always late to reach to Toronto the reaching time is 2:30 and it always reach at 3 or 3:30 as a result of this I always get late for my class also last time the driver was very rude with me which is not acceptable I request that you should improve your service

I really do enjoy riding with rider express, but since I have ridden with you guys ( 2 plus years now) the bus does too many stops. It used to be Ottawa to Kingston and then straight to Toronto. I also had my bus rescheduled last minute and it caused some issues on my end since I had a scheduled ride for my aunt to pick me up that wasn't too late because my aunts works the next day and now have to Uber. I couldn't take an earlier bus because I was working till 3. I understand things happen but hope that you take my thoughts into considerations for the future. Thank you

Every time the train inconveniences me, I use this bus service. It's been so great! I remember when it was first introduced and how well it developed over the years. By far my favourite bus service and I highly recommend it to everyone I know looking to travel budget friendly.
However, please implement rescheduling or being able to cancel your ticket. Unforseen events happen and it isn't convenient to have to miss a bus with no notice or no inability to reschedule for the next available one.
But keep up the good work! I promise you, no other bus service compares! I hope this service can continue to grow and have more hours available for travel!

I take Rider's Express Buses all the time (at least twice a month!) because I go to school in Ottawa but often need to come back to see my family in Toronto. Such reliable service, friendly drivers, comfortable trips. I really appreciate how frequent the buses are throughout the week. Best bus company :-) (better than Flix, Megabus, and all the rest 😉)

There was no Rider Express sign at Mississauga stop behind the Tim Hortons at 800 Bancroft. Dr. I found it very stressful not knowing if I'm at the right spot. Based on the picture from the website I was, but there were no other passengers to confirm it until the came from parked cars but only when the bus arrived. It turned out to be right, but I had 15 minutes of anxiety. Everything else about the round trip was very good. I would recommend this service and plan to use it again.

Ride was smooth but my luggage was misplaced while driver would not help. Instead of trying to locate it, he first accused me instructing wrong, insisting me going to Union Station stop instead of off at Scarborough as indicated per my ticket. After argument he finally let me craw into “Union station luggage compartment “ to find it.
