The ride was good. but I am surprised to know the front seats where it says for seniors and disabled person is not safe to occupy as suggested by driver. I sat in the swat and I was told that they are not safe that is why he had kept his bag pack there. he asked me to move and go back . trying to understand if those seats are not safe why are they reserved for seniors and disabled people

I'd give a higher rating but it was super cold on the bus. The air coming out of the vents was ice cold like the air conditioner was on. I realize it was a really cold nite but that was really bad.

The highway was very icy.The driver was excellent.He drove according to road conditions which meant we went very slowly.He did not take chances like some semitruck drivers did.It was a long trip but a very safe one.

Good drivers, friendly, competent staff at offices. Good ride, on time.
Couldn't figure out how the bathroom door lock worked. No biggie, since the bus was only 1/4 full. On a full bus, the bathroom door lock would be more important.

The driver was excellent and professional. I had him in both directions. Only wish it was the bus and not van. I will do more homework next time I book as I think it's based on time of day. Also the Regina and Saskatoon bus depot were clean and agents helpful.

Good , except bus door wouldn't open and didn't have spare keys handy, so departure out of regina to Saskatoon was delayed by about 45 mins. on Sunday evening. Also didn't seem to be a water cooler available at the bus depot. :(

This bus is much better than the crappy van that is used sometimes! Actually comfortable, the bathroom makes a big difference, and the air conditioning actually works too! I hope the van is retired!
