It's a good thing your company sent me an e -mail re my cancelled departure, as since the phone message /voice mail came from an unknown #| caller, i just assumed the call was from a telemarketer and was not going to listen to it. I tried to phone 2 different rider #s re: re-scheduling my trip, but got no answer, so i sent an e-mail, and luckily, that was replied to , and my ticket departure date was changed a 2nd time, as I didn't want to arrive at my destination near midnight. (300 km apart)

You should alter your website to show more accurate time descriptions- if the bus leaves at noon (late by ten mins) and shows an arrival time of 2:30pm, that suggests it’s a non-stop bus since that’s approx the time it takes in a vehicle. But the bus stops multiple times (grasswood, Davidson, chaimberlain) so we were an hour late at 3:30pm to arrive in Regina, which is very inconvenient for those picking up passengers on the arrival side. Also, 5 adults do not fit in the back row of the mini bus, it was extremely cramped and uncomfortable.

I found this to be a comfortable and easy way to travel between Saskatoon and Regina. I was very impressed by the driver. He watched developments far ahead and and smoothly adjusted to them allowing other vehicles to operate safely.

The bus was large enough for icy roads and person in the downtown ofgice was great. She was helpful and so was the busdriver. However, I miss the STC very much. As a senior, the Rider prices are much higher. Can you bring in a Sniors' discount?

Today we were on the Rider bus from Saskatoon to Regina - it was a full scale blizzard, blowing snow, whiteout conditions, ice packed highway. The drivers did an outstanding job - were cautious and so careful about our safety and got us safely to our destination. We are deeply grateful to them.

Our two drivers got us safely and courteously through a snow storm from Saskatoon to Regina today. The roads were worse than expected but they were excellent and patient through a five hour trip that normally takes 2.5 hours. Your customer service was also great as I saw staff help several individuals on their check in and trip. Thanks so much for your service!

The weather was awful on December 8, 2024. The drivers were over the top great. The drivers changed at Davidson the weather didn’t improve until closer to Regina. I would highly recommend this service and I will ride again with riders express. In fact most of the passengers wanted to give the drivers money for such a great effort to make sure of our safety. Of course they didn’t accept any offers.

I take the bus often to Saskatoon and usually ride the big bus. Yesterday the bus was 25 minutes late was to leave grasswood Esso at 12 noon , it was 12:30. It was also the passenger bus and crowded and no bathroom. I myself prefer the big bus more room, bathroom and not as noisy.

The ride itself is fine, although one of the buses I was on had duct tape on the emergency window. Fixing that is probably a good idea. But that's minor. I more wish we had our province wide service back, and if not that, that your company would add more routes, e.g. Regina to Calgary is an important one as it allows people to visit Moose Jaw, etc. . Rider Express has become a valuable asset for Saskatchewan. I rely on it to travel to Saskatoon frequently. Monday, October 14th the bus to Regina was 15 minutes late leaving, then made stops in Grasslands, Davidson and Chamberlain which meant the bus was 30 minutes late arriving in Regina. This presents a complication for those picking people up at the Regina Depot. The service, the drivers and staff are always polite and considerate of the passengers. - The bus trip was fine - about 25 min. late in arrival to Regina depot - but time was not an issue. (for me) - There were people coming off the bus who needed a restroom. Badly. ( I was not one of them. Thankfully) And the depot in Regina was not open until 3. We arrived before 2. THIS IS AN ISSUE!!!! - I am booked to travel back to Saskatoon on Sunday, Oct. 06. I wanted to switch my reservation to Tuesday. Oct. 08, so as to spend a little more time with family. Your fee of to change my return date by 2 days of $31.50 prevented this. I am a senior on a fixed income and have to adhere to a strict budget. THIS FEE IS RIDICULOUS. Especially when All the work involved is me pushing buttons on my laptop. I can understand the fee if this was a last minute decision and left you with an empty seat. But this was 2 days prior to my departure. Plenty of advance time. I realize that you need a blanket policy....but....just to change a date - with plenty of advance notice? $31.50? REALLY? You should have a seniors discount.

Very nice experience! Checked luggage was treated gently when loading and the check in process was very easy. Bus station had adequate seating room for the amount of people there for this particular trip. I enjoyed that the bus was air conditioned as it was very hot when I got off the bus in Regina. WiFi was slower than my data so I didn't use it much, but if I didn't have data to spare or was unable to tether to another device, it would be very useful still. Overall really good experience and worth the price. I'm glad we still have an option in Saskatchewan for those who don't drive, can't drive, or can't drive yet.

I haven't gone yet, however I made an error in booking my seat and looked up the rider bus office phone number in Saskatoon and Bernie answered and I told him my worry about date error and he effenciently changed my ticket to the date I really required.
