Nice staff, courteous, fairly clean bus and good driving. 10 min late arriving (from refueling?) but not bad. The ticketing system is not great. It is confusing, too many steps; I ended up buying one wrong ticket by accident and had to pay to exchange it. Wish you had later buses too, because the TTC subway doesn't start till an hour before the 7 am bus departure.

We were very pleased with our experience on Rider Express Oct. 1, 2023 to Ottawa. Bus was comfortable and clean. Would recommend it to others. We were wondering if you could have a sign indicating your Stop area . The shopping center may not allow this but we feel it would be of great help to travellers. We, along with a few others were asking if it was correct location as bus a little late so caused some concern.
