On September 29, 2025, a traffic incident east of Revelstoke prevented my bus from arriving in Golden. Due to the nature of the incident, the highway was closed for the night. Rider Express sent a bus from Calgary to pick up passengers from Golden and down the line to Calgary. Very impressive.

I returned to Surrey from Salmon Arm, B.C. On September 21,2025. The bus left Salmon Arm 50 minutes late but time was made up travelling and arrived in Surrey approximately 25 minutes late. Trip was pleasant and most of all arrived safely at my destination. I will definitely recommend Rider Express to anyone requiring bus transportation.

I thought the bus was great. OK seats for short people. Wi-Fi good. Charging OK. On time was very acceptable. The first driver didn't know how to release the brakes and she called another driver to figure out how. THat caused the arrival delay. The general service was great. I would do this again

Dear Sir / Madam Just completed the Banff to Vancouver sector. Delighted to have arrived safely. However your customer service elements did not meet my expectations. The lady driver from Banff to the change over was very unfriendly and not customer driven. The driver from the change over to Vancouver was just as bad ....thought I was on a prision bus. I think your drivers need to attend a customer service training course.

I think the trip was from Saskatoon ,anyway, the driver in a big part of rhe trip was in call, hands free but it can not be like that, even if he us an expert, accidents happen in a blink,besides he was wearing ostentatious jewelry..a tall thin guy, nice person, from India I guess,,but being a responsible driver includes all kind of details in their manners, uniform and of course his performance on the road...

The service and the ride was very good. Just one suggestion. To perhaps have a kneel down bus or have a stool for those of us seniors who have difficulty getting off and on the bus. Some of us have very bad knees and shorter legs and it’s uncomfortable trying to step up onto bus and stepping off. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Thank you again.

Drives very well. But he did pull over (I thought the bus had broken down), no…he just got out of his seat came up and kind of yelled for someone to turn off the beeping. It was an annoying sound but couldn’t he just have ask over the speaker.

I enjoyed my first experience travelling with Rider Express. No complaints. Price was reasonable, process to buy my ticket was easy, checking-in was fast and the bus was very clean. Also, departure and arrival times were respected. My recommendations to make things better for travellers, it would be nice if travellers could have the option to control the vent for airflow (like we do in a plane) and if there was a place (shelf) where passengers could put their devices to watch movies on their phones/tablets.

The driver was very competent and polite. He told everyone to limit phone calls and to wear headphones if using a device. Consequently, the trip was mostly very peaceful. He followed the schedule and was pleasant in answering questions. The bus was really comfortable. There are no seat back drop-down tables but that was not a big deal.

The drivers were courteous and professional. The bus was clean and in good shape. In the toilet, place bigger signs for men to lift the seat and then shut the lid to flush. Need big red sign pointing to where the button is to flush. Facing the toilet, the push button is not visible.

I was not very impressed with this service, the wifi on the bus was horrible, I couldn't watch videos or send messages. The seats were very uncomfortable, my tailbone is killing me, we stopped in in either Revelstoke or Kamloops and the driver wouldn't let us get out to stretch our legs or have a quick smoke, then she got on the bus after dealing with the new passengers and we sat there for another 10 minutes. I am very dissatisfied with your service and will probably not use it again in the future, only being allowed to get off and stretch your legs twice on a 12 hour ride is ridiclious.

Brent was great! It took us about 12 hours to get from Kamloops to Vancouver due to road closures (fire, accidents). But he made it as enjoyable as possible! My friend and I very much appreciated being taken care of by Brent. He would share small facts about the surroundings, ensured the brakes were safe, made sure we knew we would get a stop for food. Made the best of an unpleasant situation!

The overall trip was good, the timing from leaving to arrival was 4.5 hrs earlier than which was great. My only issue is I inconvenienced two drivers when and hour & half stop was cancelled, and the earlier arrival at a total different location than what was on my ticket. I would still use the rider express but not any commitments, until you speaker to the driver. He was good and accommodating the passengers needs and keeping us safe!

The Filipino driver is very kind and accommodating (Lloyd to Sask and Sask to Lloyd when we go back home). But when going from Lloydminster to Regina, and stopping over in Saskatoon, the Wi-Fi was gone all the way to Regina. And when we returned home from Regina to Lloydminster, there was no Wi-Fi at all.

My return trip from Regina was 50 minutes longer. The first driver just announced "Saskatoon" but did not share the stop time upfront. I was surprised to found out it was 40 minutes which seems excessive. Another stop was 20 minutes. After thinking about these stops I assumed it was to avoid rush hour traffic in Edmonton.?. Overall it was good.

The trip from Salmon Arm to Vancouver airport on August 23 was a very enjoyable experience. We had two different bus drivers. They were both excellent drivers. Our driver, Darrill, from Kamloops to the airport was exceptional in that he took the trouble to return the iPad my husband forgot on the bus to our hotel (Radisson Blue). He noticed the iPad when it fell on the floor and turned around to return it to us. Luckily my husband had mentioned where we were staying. After a very long day driving it was extremely kind of him to make such an effort. You can be proud to have such a conscientious driver! M. Vezzani
