Rider Express' ticket prices are dynamically adjusted to offer best prices for passengers. Tickets that are purchased in stations from agents or on the bus from the drivers differ from prices offered online. Only online prices reflect promotional prices. Rider Express requires at least twenty four (24) hours (before the departure time of the service) notice for rescheduling requests. Refund requests must be received at least 24 hours before the departure time. Regular priced tickets are refundable for 50% of the ticket value, or a full ticket voucher will be issued if the request is made with 24-hour notice. Discounted, fluctuating, or promotional tickets are not refundable, but a full ticket voucher will be issued if the request is made with 24-hour notice.
No refund, no rescheduling for parcels booked within 24 hours.
If the passenger buys a ticket last minute from the driver or the mobile agent, needs to pay $10 fee top of the total transaction amount.
